Stemmermann Park (est. 1984), N. 10th and Jackson Streets

This park next to the sports complex (see “Other Recreational Facilities/Sports Complexes”) has four lighted tennis courts; three small picnic shelters, two of them with grills; a playground;  open space for activities; and restrooms. The park is on land that was purchased by the city from the Stemmermann family.  The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission provided funds for the development of this park.
