Open Burn with a Permit

The Mayor and City Council have designated the dates of March 31, April 1, 2, 7, 8, 14, 15, AND 16, 2023 that the Fire Chief may issue permits for burning of tree and shrub trimmings, leaves, grass, weed and garden vegetation. Burning is permitted from 8:00 a.m. until sundown on the dates specified by the City Council only. (See Spring Open Burn Rules for sundown times). THERE IS NO OPEN BURN WITH PERMIT ON SUNDAY, APRIL 9TH - EASTER SUNDAY.
